Your details

This page explains what SMPROPAINTERS LIMITED collects through this website, why, and what happens to it.

Who we are

SMPROPAINTERS LIMITED, company number 13966271, registered in England & Wales. Phone or text 07710 896526, or email smpropainters@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, book a free visit, send a colour design or a message, we ask for your name and phone number. You can also give your email, postcode or address, details of the work, and photos of the rooms or outside of your home.

Why

Only to reply to you, visit, quote for and carry out your work, and send any invoice. We never sell your details or send you marketing.

Where it’s kept

Your details are stored securely on this website’s server, which only our staff can log in to. Photos are re-saved when they arrive, which removes hidden information such as where the photo was taken. If email alerts are switched on, a copy of your request is emailed to us through Web3Forms.

How long

Enquiries that don’t turn into work are deleted automatically after two years. If we do work for you, we keep the job and invoice records for six years, because the law requires it for tax.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The map comes from Google Maps. Our staff area uses one cookie to keep staff logged in.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Just call, text or email. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
